  ELISA: Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:32000.IHC: In paraffin embedded Human Adrenal Gland (Medulla) shows strong reticulate staining in the cytoplasm of medular cells. Recommended concentration, 5ug/ml.WB: Preliminary experiments gave an approx 28kDa band in Human Liver and Lung lysates as well as in different epithelial lung cell lines after 0.3 μg/ml antibody staining. Please note that currently we cannot find an explanation in the literature for the band we observe given the calculated size of 171 kDa according to NP_872584.1 and 54.6kDa according to NP_079043.2 (isotope 3). The 28kDa band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide. We would appreciate any feedback from people in the field - have any results been reported with other antibodies/lysates Have any further splice variants/modified forms been reported
