  ELISA: Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:64000.IHC: In paraffin embedded Mouse Testis shows cytoplasm staining of spermatogonia. Additional staining is observed in the cytoplasm of elongatng spermatids but this additional staining is not in agreement with results obtained by another antibody (Ruggiu et alWB: Approx 35kDa band observed in human ovary and human testes lysates (calculated MW of 33.2kDa according to NP_001342.2). Recommended concentration: 0.1-0.3 μg/ml.
