Category | Antibodies |
Description | Goat Anti-Chicken IgY (Fc) Antibody (HRP) |
Species/Host | Goat |
Tested applications | ELISA, WB |
Reactivity | Gallus |
Isotype | IgY |
Immunogen | Chicken IgY Fc fragment |
Dilution range | The affinity purified antibodies react only with chicken IgY and not IgM or IgA immunoglobulins by immunodiffusion and IEP techniques. In a sandwich ELISA against 1 μg/mL chicken IgY, conjugated antibody diluted to 1:100,000 produced an O.D. = 1.0 in a 15 minute reaction with TMB substrate. Recommended Western Blot dilution: 1:2,000 – 1:4,000 when used for colorimetric assay, and 1:10,000 or up for ECL detection system. Optimal conjugate working dilutions should be determined for your particular assay conditions. |
Form/Appearance | Liquid |
Conjugation | HRP |
Storage | 4 °C, avoid frequent freeze-thaw |
Buffer/Preservatives | HEPES |
Note | For research use only |
