| Application notes | ELISA: Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:64000.WB: Preliminary experiments gave a strong band at 35kDa with fainter bands at 48kDa and 70kDa in Human Heart lysates at 1 μg/ml. Please note that currently we cannot find an explanation in the literature for the band we observe given the predicted size of approx. 66kDa according to NP_004864.
