  ELISA: Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:128000.WB: Approx 45kDa band observed in lysates of cell line HeLa and Jurkat lysate (calculated MW of 45.8kDa according to NP_003591.2). In transfected HEK293 transiently expressing AURKA a band of approx. 48kDa is observed. This band is not observed in the non-transfected HEK293.Recommended concentration: 0.1-0.3 μg/ml.

orb18316 (0.1ug/ml) staining of Jurkat lysate (35ug protein in RIPA buffer). Primary incubation was 1 hour. Detected by chemiluminescence.

HEK293 overexpressing Aurora kinase A (RC212018) with C-terminal tag (DYKDDDDK) and probed with anti-DYKDDDDK in the left panel and with orb18316 in the right panel (vector-only transfection in first and fourth lanes).
