Application notes | This antibody is expected to recognise both reported isoforms (NP_001660.2; NP_033667.2)ELISA: Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:16000.WB: Approx 60+40kDa bands observed in lysates of cell lines A549 and HepG2 (calculated MW of 64.9kDa according to NP_001660.2 and of 42.3 according to NP_033667.2). Recommended concentration: 0.3-1 μg/ml. An additional band of unknown identity was also consistently observed at 35kDa. This band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunising peptide. We would appreciate any feedback from people in the field - have any such results been reported with other antibodies/lysates Have any further splice variants/modified forms been reported |
