  ELISA: Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:8000.WB: Approx 35kDa band observed in lysates of cell lines HEK293, A549 and HepG2 (calculated MW of 36.0kDa according to NP_064695.2). In transfected HEK293 transiently expressing AKR1B10 a band of approx. 40kDa is observed. This band is not observed in the non-transfected HEK293. Recommended concentration: 0.03-0.1 μg/ml.

orb19743 (0.03ug/ml) staining of A549 cell lysate (35ug protein in RIPA buffer). Primary incubation was 1 hour. Detected by chemiluminescence.

HEK293 overexpressing AKR1B10 (RC203177) with C-terminal tag (DYKDDDDK) and probed with anti-DYKDDDDK in the left panel and with orb19743 in the right panel (mock transfection in first and last lanes), tested by Origene.
