Western blot analysis of GNAT1 Antibody in Jurkat cell line lysates (35 ug/lane)

GNAT1 Antibody IHC analysis in formalin fixed and paraffin embedded moouse heart tissue followed by peroxidase conjugation of the secondary antibody and DAB staining.

Flow cytometric analysis of Jurkat cells (right histogram) compared to a negative control cell (left histogram). FITC-conjugated goat-anti-rabbit secondary antibodies were used for the analysis.
