Assay by Immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Mouse Serum. Reactivity is observed against recombinant Green Fluorescent Protein (000-001-215, recombinant GFP from Aequorea victoria) by Western blot. No reaction is seen against RFP. |
