Geptanolimab (CBT-501) is a humanized anti-PD-1 IgG4κ monoclonal antibody that reactivates T-cells by blocking PD-L1/2 interactions. It is being investigated in clinical trials for treating cancers such as peripheral T-cell lymphoma and has demonstrated activity in both preclinical in vitro and in vivo studies.

Bioactivity

• In Vivo:
  Geptanolimab was administered via intraperitoneal injection in MC38 syngeneic tumor model mice, demonstrating significant antitumor activity with a tumor inhibition rate as high as 83% .
• In Vitro:
  Geptanolimab exhibits high specificity in binding to the PD-1 of Homo sapiens (KD=505 pM) and Macaca mulatta (KD=7.2 nM) . Geptanolimab also enhances T-cell activation in mixed lymphocyte response (MLR) of Homo sapiens and significantly increases the release of IL-2 and IFN-γ .
