Designed for oxidative stress and DNA damage research, this kit is compatible with urine, serum, and tissue homogenate samples. Validation of the competitive ELISA showed a strong linear fit (R² ≥ 0.99). Assay performance was reliable, with intra-assay CV < 10%, inter-assay CV < 15%, and recoveries between 80%–120%. The method is sensitive, specific (no cross-interference), and includes an antioxidant stabilizer, making it suitable for batch processing of samples.
