Preliminary testing was unsuccessful on NIH-3T3 cell line for this particular batch.Immunohistochemistry:In paraffin embedded Human Placenta shows nuclear staining of selected trophoblasts. Recommended concentration: 4-8µg/mL. Paraffin embedded Human Brain (Cortex). Recommended concentration: 3.75µg/mL.
