Gacovetug is a dimeric chimeric antibody (VH-h-CH2-CH3-CHS) designed to target the F4 fimbrial adhesin FaeG from enterotoxigenic E. coli (ETEC). It is a research tool for investigating anti-adhesion strategies against porcine ETEC infections, with applications in both in vitro binding assays and in vivo challenge studies.
