Application notes | Further information: Immunohistochemistry: LS-B3611 was validated for use in immunohistochemistry on a panel of 21 formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) human tissues after heat induced antigen retrieval in pH 6.0 citrate buffer. After incubation with the primary antibody, slides were incubated with biotinylated secondary antibody, followed by alkaline phosphatase-streptavidin and chromogen. The stained slides were evaluated by a pathologist to confirm staining specificity. The optimal working concentration for LS-B3611 was determined to be 2.5 ug/ml. Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:16000. Western Blot: Approx. 70kD band observed in Human Brain (Cerebellum and Frontal Cortex) lysates (calculated MW of 61.6kD according to NP_000800.2). Recommended concentration: 0.1-0.3 ug/ml. |
Expiration Date | 12 months from date of receipt. |
