FUT8 Antibody (Center) western blot analysis in MDA-MB231 cell line lysates (35 ug/lane). This demonstrates the FUT8 antibody detected the FUT8 protein (arrow).

FUT8 Antibody (Center) immunohistochemistry analysis in formalin fixed and paraffin embedded human testis tissue followed by peroxidase conjugation of the secondary antibody and DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of FUT8 Antibody (Center) for immunohistochemistry. Clinical relevance has not been evaluated.

Western blot analysis of lysate from Hela cell line, using FUT8 Antibody (Center). diluted at 1:1000 at each lane. A goat anti-rabbit IgG H&L (HRP) at 1:5000 dilution was used as the secondary Antibody. Lysate at 35 ug.
