FOXP3 Antibody (C-term) flow cytometric analysis of 293 cells (right histogram) compared to a negative control (left histogram). FITC-conjugated goat-anti-rabbit secondary antibodies were used for the analysis.

Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human lymph tissue reacted with FOXP3 antibody (C-term), which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemistry; clinical relevance has not been evaluated.

Western blot analysis of FOXP3 Antibody (C-term) in 293 (lane 1), Jurkat cell line (lane 2) and mouse liver tissue (lane 3) lysates (35 ug/lane). FOXP3 (arrow) was detected using the purified Pab.
