Immunofluorescent analysis of (-20℃ Ethanol) fixed HepG2 cells using orb627102 (FOXA2 Antibody) at dilution of 1:50 and Alexa Fluor 488-conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L).

IP Result of anti-FOXA2 (IP: orb627102, 3 ug; Detection: orb627102 1:300) with HepG2 cells lysate 1920 ug.

HepG2 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with orb627102 (FOXA2 Antibody) at dilution of 1:1000.
