  FLIP can be used for detection of FLIP by Western blot at 1:1000 dilution. 35 kDa and 25 kDa bands can be detected. Antibody can also be used for immunocytochemistry starting at 2 μg/mL. For immunofluorescence start at 10 μg/mL.Antibody validated: Western Blot in human and mouse samples; Immunocytochemistry in human samples and Immunofluorescence in human samples. All other applications and species not yet tested.
