Western blot analysis of FLCN Antibody (C-term) Pab pre-incubated without (lane 1) and with (lane 2) blocking peptide in K562 cell line lysate. FLCN (arrow) was detected using the purified Pab.

FLCN Antibody (C-term) flow cytometric analysis of k562 cells (bottom histogram) compared to a negative control cell (top histogram). FITC-conjugated goat-anti-rabbit secondary antibodies were used for the analysis.

FLCN Antibody (C-term) immunohistochemistry analysis in formalin fixed and paraffin embedded human skeletal muscle followed by peroxidase conjugation of the secondary antibody and DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of the FLCN Antibody (C-term) for immunohistochemistry. Clinical relevance has not been evaluated.
