Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded H.brain tissue reacted with FGF10 Antibody (C-term).
Western blot analysis of FGF10 Antibody (C-term) in mouse lung tissue lysates (35 ug/lane). FGF10 (arrow) was detected using the purified Pab.
Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human prostata carcinoma tissue reacted with FGF10 antibody (C-term), which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemistry; clinical relevance has not been evaluated.
