Western blot analysis of FBXL5 Antibody (N-term) in mouse heart tissue lysates (35 ug/lane). FBXL5 (arrow) was detected using the purified Pab.

FBXL5 Antibody (N-term) flow cytometric analysis of HepG2 cells (bottom histogram) compared to a negative control cell (top histogram). FITC-conjugated goat-anti-rabbit secondary antibodies were used for the analysis.

All lanes: Anti-FBXL5 Antibody (N-term) at 1:1000 dilution. Lane 1: Hela whole cell lysate. Lane 2: U-87 MG whole cell lysate. Lane 3: HepG2 whole cell lysate. Lysates/proteins at 20 µg per lane. Secondary Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG, (H+L), Peroxidase conjugated at 1/10000 dilution. Predicted band size: 79 kDa. Blocking/Dilution buffer: 5% NFDM/TBST.

Immunohistochemical analysis on paraffin-embedded Human kidney tissue. Tissue was fixed with formaldehyde at room temperature. Heat induced epitope retrieval was performed by EDTA buffer (pH9.0). Samples were incubated with primary antibody (1:100) for 1 hour at room temperature. Undiluted CRF Anti-Polyvalent HRP Polymer antibody was used as the secondary antibody.
