Fascin-3 Antibody (N-term) flow cytometric analysis of MDA-MB231 cells (right histogram) compared to a negative control cell (left histogram). FITC-conjugated goat-anti-rabbit secondary antibodies were used for the analysis.

Fascin-3 Antibody (N-term) IHC analysis in formalin fixed and paraffin embedded human testis tissue followed by peroxidase conjugation of the secondary antibody and DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of the Fascin-3 Antibody (N-term) for immunohistochemistry. Clinical relevance has not been evaluated.

Western blot analysis of Fascin-3 Antibody (N-term) in MDA-MB231, NCI-H460 cell line and mouse testis tissue lysates (35 ug/lane). Fascin-3 (arrow) was detected using the purified Pab.
