FANCC Antibody (C-term)

FANCC Antibody (C-term) flow cytometric analysis of HL-60 cells (right histogram) compared to a negative control cell (left histogram). FITC-conjugated goat-anti-rabbit secondary antibodies were used for the analysis.

FANCC Antibody (C-term)

Immunofluorescent analysis of U251 cells, using FANCC Antibody (C-term). Diluted at 1:25 dilution. Alexa Fluor 488-conjugated goat anti-rabbit lgG at 1:400 dilution was used as the secondary antibody (green). DAPI was used to stain the cell nuclear (blue).

FANCC Antibody (C-term)

Western blot analysis of lysates from HepG2, HL-60 cell line (from left to right), using FANCC Antibody (C-term).Diluted at 1:1000 at each lane. A goat anti-rabbit IgG H&L (HRP) at 1:5000 dilution was used as the secondary antibody. Lysates at 35 ug per lane.

FANCC Antibody (C-term)

FANCC Antibody (C-term) IHC analysis in formalin fixed and paraffin embedded testis tissue followed by peroxidase conjugation of the secondary antibody and DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of the FANCC Antibody (C-term) for immunohistochemistry. Clinical relevance has not been evaluated.
