Western blot analysis of anti-EXOSC8 Antibody in HL60 cell line lysates (35 ug/lane).

Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human brain tissue with EXOSC8 Antibody, which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by DAB staining.

Flow cytometry analysis of HL-60 cells (bottom histogram) compared to a negative control cell (top histogram). FITC-conjugated goat-anti-rabbit secondary antibodies were used for the analysis.
