Bioactivity

• In Vivo:
  Evinacumab (10 mg/kg intrperitoneally administered once weekly for 8 weeks) reduced serum TGs in C57Bl/6 mice with normal lipemia. After Evinacumab treatment, heparin LPL activity increased 1.8 times in C57Bl/6 mice and 2.5 times in db/db mice. Evinacumab (3 mg/kg or 10 mg/kg) reduced blood lipids in cynomolgus monkeys.
• In Vitro:
  Evinacumab has similar affinity for ANGPTL3 in human, mouse, rat and monkey with KD = 0.26-1.28 nM.
