Western blot of 12-Epitope Tag Protein Marker lysate. The blot shows intense signal corresponding to the 12-Epitope Tag Protein Marker. The recommended load is 1 µl of lysate per lane for SDS-PAGE followed by western blotting. The membrane was probed with primary antibody at a 1:1000 dilution in 5% BLOTTO in TBST overnight at 4°C.
