Bioactivity

• In Vivo:
  In an ovarian xenograft model, Enoticumab demonstrates specific in vivo activity. EGN421 (2.5 mg/kg, administered once weekly) achieved tumor growth inhibition of 86% and 83% in subcutaneous TOV-112D and intraperitoneal A2780 human tumor xenograft models in mice, respectively.
