Western blot analysis in Jurkat cell line lysates (35 ug/lane).

ELMO2 Antibody immunohistochemistry analysis in formalin fixed and paraffin embedded human skeletal muscle followed by peroxidase conjugation of the secondary antibody and DAB staining.
