Bioactivity

• In Vivo:
  Methods: Elgemtumab was administered as a single intravenous injection at 20 mg/kg in SCID mice bearing BT474 and BxPC-3 xenografts; in NSG mice bearing BT474 xenografts, it was given every other day at 20 mg/kg for 35 days. Results: Elgemtumab significantly inhibited pHER3 and pAKT levels in both BT474 and BxPC-3 models and slowed tumor growth in the BT474 model.
