Flow cytometric analysis of NCI-H292 cells using EEF1A1 Antibody (C-term) (bottom histogram) compared to a negative control cell (top histogram). FITC-conjugated goat-anti-rabbit secondary antibodies were used for the analysis.

Confocal immunofluorescent analysis of EEF1A1 Antibody (C-term) with MCF-7 cell followed by Alexa Fluor 488-conjugated goat anti-rabbit lgG (green). DAPI was used to stain the cell nuclear (blue).

EEF1A1 Antibody (C-term) immunohistochemistry analysis in formalin fixed and paraffin embedded human brain tissue followed by peroxidase conjugation of the secondary antibody and DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of EEF1A1 Antibody (C-term) for immunohistochemistry. Clinical relevance has not been evaluated.

Western blot analysis of EEF1A1 Antibody (C-term) in MCF-7 cell line lysates (35 ug/lane). EEF1A1 (arrow) was detected using the purified Pab.
