Flow cytometric analysis of CEM cells using EDNRA Antibody (Center) (green histogram) compared to a negative control cell (blue histogram). FITC-conjugated goat-anti-rabbit secondary antibodies were used for the analysis.

Confocal immunofluorescent analysis of EDNRA Antibody (Center) with HepG2 cell followed by Alexa Fluor 488-conjugated goat anti-rabbit lgG (green). DAPI was used to stain the cell nuclear (blue).

Western blot analysis of EDNRA antibody (Center) in CEM cell line lysates (35 ug/lane). EDNRA (arrow) was detected using the purified Pab.
