A total of 25 μg of protein per lane from various lysates (as shown in the figure) was probed with E. coli BirA Mouse mAb (orb2829383) at a 1:1000 dilution, with overnight incubation at 4°C. This was followed by incubation with a conjugated secondary antibody at room temperature for 60 minutes.
