DIRAS3 Antibody flow cytometric analysis of WiDr cells (right histogram) compared to a negative control cell (left histogram). FITC-conjugated goat-anti-rabbit secondary antibodies were used for the analysis.

DIRAS3 Antibody immunohistochemistry analysis in formalin fixed and paraffin embedded human brain tissue followed by peroxidase conjugation of the secondary antibody and DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of the DIRAS3 Antibody for immunohistochemistry. Clinical relevance has not been evaluated.

DIRAS3 Antibody western blot analysis in WiDr cell line lysates (35 ug/lane). This demonstrates the DIRAS3 antibody detected the DIRAS3 protein (arrow).

Western blot analysis of lysates from Hela cell line and human ovary tissue lysate (from left to right), using DIRAS3 Antibody. Diluted at 1:1000 at each lane. A goat anti-rabbit IgG H&L (HRP) at 1:10000 dilution was used as the secondary antibody. Lysates at 35 ug per lane.
