Western blot analysis of CYP7B1 Antibody in Hela cell line lysates (35 ug/lane)

Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human brain tissue reacted with CYP7B1 Antibody, which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by DAB staining.
