Western blot analysis of anti-CUL5 Antibody (C-term) in Hela cell line lysates (35 ug/lane). CUL5 (arrow) was detected using the purified Pab.

Flow cytometric analysis of NCI-H292 cells using CUL5 Antibody (C-term) (bottom histogram) compared to a negative control cell (top histogram). FITC-conjugated goat-anti-rabbit secondary antibodies were used for the analysis.

CUL5 Antibody (C-term) immunohistochemistry analysis in formalin fixed and paraffin embedded human colon carcinoma followed by peroxidase conjugation of the secondary antibody and DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of the CUL5 Antibody (C-term) for immunohistochemistry. Clinical relevance has not been evaluated.
