  Anti-Choline Oxidase has been tested by ELISA and western blot. This product is suitable to be assayed against 1.0 ug of Choline Oxidase in a standard capture ELISA using Peroxidase Conjugated Streptavidin #S000-03 and ABTS (2,2’-azino-bis-[3-ethylbenthiazoline-6-sulfonic acid]) as a substrate for 30 minutes at room temperature. A working dilution of 1:4,000 to 1:20,000 of the reconstitution concentration is suggested for this product.

Biorbyt Goat anti Choline Oxidase antibody was used to detect Choline Oxidase. Samples of ~1 and 0.25 ug of purified Choline Oxidase per lane were run by SDS-PAGE under reducing and non-reducing conditions and reduced samples of purified Choline Oxidase contained 4% BME and were boiled for 5 minutes. Protein was transferred to nitrocellulose and probed with Biorbyt Goat anti Choline Oxidase (ON 4 C). Primary antibody was detected with Biorbyt Dylight 649 conjugated Donkey anti Goat (1:10K 1.5 hr RT in orb348637).
