Bioactivity

In Vivo
Animal model: B16F10 melanoma cells xenograft mouse, PANC02 pancreatic cells xenograft mouse. Dosage: 2.5 mg/kg. Administration: Intravenous injection (i. v.). Result: Significantly reduced tumor volume.
In Vitro
Western blot analysis. Cell line: AsPC-1 and MIA PaCa-2 Cells. Concentration: 5 μM, 10 μM. Incubation time: 3 h. Result: Significantly reduced Bcl-2 protein expression while increasing apoptotic molecule expression of Bax. Activated caspase-3 through its cleavage and upregulated the expression of cleaved PARP-1 in a dose-dependent manner.
