Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Goat Serum, Chicken IgG and Chicken Serum. This antibody will react with heavy chains of Chicken IgY and with light chains of most Chicken immunoglobulins.

Chicken F(c) migrates slightly higher.
