• Source: Chickens were immunized with highly purified normal human serum albumin. After multiple immunizations in Freunds adjuvant, eggs were collected and the IgY fraction prepared. This fraction was, immunoaffinity purified from an Immunoabsorbant and conjugated to fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC).
