CF150 Antibody (Center) flow cytometric analysis of MDA-MB231 cells (right histogram) compared to a negative control cell (left histogram). FITC-conjugated goat-anti-rabbit secondary antibodies were used for the analysis.

Flow cytometric analysis of A549 cells using CF150 Antibody (Center) (green) compared to an isotype control of rabbit IgG (blue). diluted at 1:25 dilution. An Alexa Fluor 488 goat anti-rabbit lgG at 1:400 dilution was used as the secondary Antibody.

Western blot analysis of lysate from THP-1 cell line, using CF150 Antibody (Center). diluted at 1:1000. A goat anti-rabbit IgG H&L (HRP) at 1:10000 dilution was used as the secondary Antibody. Lysate at 20 ug.
