Bioactivity

• In Vivo:
  In a mouse model with MC38.Ova tumors, Cemiplimab (i.p., 10 mg/kg, five injections within 2 weeks) increased the proportion of effector T cells in tumors and dLNs, resulting in reduced tumor growth when combined with immunotherapy using REGN3767.
