• In Vivo:
  Cefacetrile (50, 100 and 500 mg/kg, s. c.) does not alter fertility, gestation and post-natal development of term foetuses of rats and fertility and gestation of rabbits. Cefacetrile (1 g/kg, i. v.) produces no nephrotoxicity in rabbits and rats.
