CCDC36 Antibody (C-term) immunohistochemistry analysis in formalin fixed and paraffin embedded human esophageal carcinoma followed by peroxidase conjugation of the secondary antibody and DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of CCDC36 Antibody (C-term) for immunohistochemistry. Clinical relevance has not been evaluated.

Confocal immunofluorescent analysis of CCDC36 Antibody (C-term) with 293 cell followed by Alexa Fluor 488-conjugated goat anti-rabbit lgG (green). DAPI was used to stain the cell nuclear (blue).

Western blot analysis of lysates from 293, Neuro-2a cell line and mouse liver tissue (from left to right), using CCDC36 Antibody (C-term).diluted at 1:1000 at each lane. A goat anti-rabbit IgG H&L (HRP) at 1:5000 dilution was used as the secondary Antibody. Lysates at 35 ug per lane.
