Western blot analysis of C1QA antibody in Jurkat cell line lysates (35 ug/lane)

C1QA Antibody IHC analysis in formalin fixed and paraffin embedded human breast carcinoma tissue followed by peroxidase conjugation of the secondary antibody and DAB staining.

Flow cytometric analysisof MCF-7 cells (bottom histogram) compared to a negative control cell (top histogram). FITC-conjugated goat-anti-rabbit secondary antibodies were used for the analysis.
