IHC testing of FFPE human cervical carcinoma and c-Myc antibody (clone MVH39-1). Staining of formalin-fixed tissues requires boiling tissue sections in 10 mM Tris with 1 mM EDTA, pH9.0, for 10-20 min followed by cooling at RT for 20 min.
