Western blot analysis of Beclin1-BH3 Domain Antibody in mouse stomach tissue lysates (35 ug/lane). BECN1 (arrow) was detected using the purified Pab.
Beclin1-BH3 Domain Antibody flow cytometric analysis of Hela cells (right histogram) compared to a negative control cell (left histogram). FITC-conjugated goat-anti-rabbit secondary antibodies were used for the analysis.
Beclin1-BH3 Domain Antibody IHC analysis in formalin fixed and paraffin embedded mouse brain tissue followed by peroxidase conjugation of the secondary antibody and DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of the Beclin1-BH3 Domain Antibody for immunohistochemistry. Clinical relevance has not been evaluated.
