Mouse monoclonal antibody BCL6 is expressed in germinal center T- and B-cells and in primary immature dendritic cells. It is a transcriptional repressor, binds Stat recognition-like DNA elements and influences germinal center development and cell differentiation. Moreover, Bcl-6 is frequently deregulated in non-Hodgkins B cell lymphomas.
