Anti-TNF alpha [CDP 571 (Humicade)]

Immunohistochemical analysis of rat liver using anti-TNFalpha antibody. Formalin fixed rat liver slices were stained with a orb348870 at 5 µg/ml.

Anti-TNF alpha [CDP 571 (Humicade)]

Western Blot using anti-TNFalpha antibody. Rat liver (lane 1), rat spinal cord (lane 2), mouse testis (lane 3), rat colon (lane 4) and human thyroid tumour (lane 5) samples were resolved on a 10% SDS PAGE gel and blots probed with orb348870 at 1 µg/ml before being detected by a secondary antibody. The expected band size for TNFalpha is 26 kDa, however dimers and other higher order complexes are well described in the literature too. orb348870 successfully detected human and rat TNF alpha.
