Flow cytometry analysis with 1 μg/mL Anti-TM4SF1 (AGX101 biosimilar) mAb (orb1743394) on Expi293 cells transfected with Human TM4SF1 protein (Blue histogram) or Expi293 transfected with irrelevant protein (Red histogram).

ELISA plates were pre-coated with 0.5 μg/per well purified human TM4SF1 full length membrane nanoparticles (Cat# orb1743250). Serial diluted Anti-TM4SF1 (AGX101 biosimilar) mAb (Cat# orb1743394) solutions were added, washed, and incubated with secondary antibody before ELISA reading. From above data, the EC50 for Anti-TM4SF1 (AGX101 biosimilar) mAb binding with TM4SF1 MNPs (Cat# orb1743250) is 4.174 ng/ml.
