Binding curve of anti-TIGIT antibody 1B4 (orb613976) to recombinant mouse TIGIT Fc-Fusion Protein. ELISA Plate coated with recombinant mouse recombinant mouse TIGIT Fc-Fusion Protein at a concentration of 2 µg/ml. A 4-fold serial dilution from 5000 ng/ml was performed using orb613976. For detection, a 1:4000 dilution of HRP-labelled anti-rabbit antibody was used.

Western Blot using anti-TIGIT antibody 1B4 RAW-264.7 cells (A), mouse spleen (B) and mouse thymus (C) lysates (35 µg protein in RIPA buffer) were resolved on a 10% SDS PAGE gel and blots probed with the chimeric rabbit IgG version of 1B4 (orb613976) at 0.3 µg/ml before detection using an anti-rabbit secondary antibody. A primary incubation of 1h was used and protein was detected by chemiluminescence.
